Friendly staff and reception with quick check in and out , spacious rooms and bathrooms with clean bed and clean bathroom and plenty of towels and great shower; plus free coffee and water and refrigerator in the room, delicious food and variety of food in free breakfast, great location close to taksim square with lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance, safe place Day and night ; for sure I will be back for pleasure with my family. Also house keeping people were nice and professional, Mrs. Yasmin house keeper was very professional and helpful and did good job special thanks to her and to receptions staff in the parma hotel and spa taksim .

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially their their bellboy Kumran was a gem! Always ready to help us - he’d appear like magic while we’d be fumbling for our room cards (which happened more than I care to remember), ready to give a hand with the shopping bags, available to give directions, call a taxi - I could go on and on! Zubaida the cleaning lady was also great - tidied up our rooms immaculately! Location, service, price, amenities, hygiene everything was super! Over all great experience!

The Location of The Property Is Ideal For People Who Like to Be Next To Istiklal Street. The Staff Are Very Helpful, making sure you are feeling welcomed. It is very clear that this property has a professional mentality of doing things. All employees know their tasks & are well trained to fulfill their tasks.

there are many things to tell about, location is very convenient, close to heart of alot of coffeeshops restaurants and entertainment, close to taksim square, and istiklal avenue, full of life, also the staff are very friendly make you feel like home with their warm smile, I would like to thank Mr. Andrey Karpov and Mr. Mustafa Alp, at hotels reception..Also, alot of thanks to Mr.kamuran Bellboy...with his big smile and warm helps...they are all gentle, would recommend this hotel for any one seeking comfort, and quietness ,hotel was clean, food is good..location is excellent.

The staff were excellent in all areas. We spent 5 nights at the hotel, the daily breakfast was fine and the restaurant staff were very helpful. The reception staff and concierge crew were very effective whilst also being helpful and attentive. Housekeeping staff had our room looking great each day. The hotel is in a great location for tourists.

The reception staff were very cooperative and helpful with all requests, especially Ms. Leila. Overall, the hotel facilities are excellent with a convenient location close to all services, such as transportation, restaurants, banks, and less than 3 minutes walk to Taksim Square. The room area and facilities were great.

Obviously the location is perfect, seminar room (needed for us) was nice Breakfast seemed to be complete Staff were helpful ( they found my laptop after check out)

Location is excellent, Just 200 meters Taskim square. Breakfast spread was vey good. The room had the electrical kettle as well as expresso machine.
